Paul Dooley
Executive Director
Paul holds a B.Sc. Degree in Mgmt. from Trinity College Dublin and a H.Dip in Hotel & Catering Management from Dublin College of Catering. Paul became acting General Manager of the five Star Berkeley Court Hotel, Dublin in 2006. He joined Staycity as Group Director of Operations in late 2007 and for the past 3 years he has held the role of Director of Client Services (Ire /UK) with Bookassist.
Paul has over 15 years of senior management experience in the hotel industry. His focus includes business consulting, operational management, rooms distribution and he is involved in a hands - on capacity in all projects undertaken by Keystone Hospitality.
Padraig McLoughlin
OpERATIONS Director
Since graduating from Dublin College of Catering, Padraig has specialised in managing a wide variety of food & beverage businesses in Dublin; among them Group General Manager of F.X. Buckley Restaurants and Management Contracts for Cruzzo’s Restaurant, Malahide & Ocean Bar, Charlotte Dock.More recently Padraig has been leaseholder & Director of Crockets on the Quay , Ballina which won the Black & White Pub of the Year Award. He is currently Owner & Director of The Wolftrap Bar & Restaurant , Tullamore and Hugo's Restaurant , Merrion Row, Dublin 2.
Padraig brings a hands-on, no nonsense approach to every business he's been associated with. His intimate knowledge of all things food & beverage from kitchen design and fit-out through to the financial structures and the unique dynamics of food & beverage service delivery ensures optimum results.
Frank Byrne
Non Executive Director
Frank is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland. He has considerable experience in the hospitality sector having held senior finance positions with Jury's Doyle Hotel Group PLC, as Financial Controller in two of the groups Dublin flagship properties, The Westbury and Burlington Hotels and later in the group head office, in a restructuring and strategy project role. He has also held a senior corporate finance position with Crowe Horwath specialising in the hospitality and health care sectors.
Frank is a Non Executive Director of Keystone Hospitality and contributes to our client tailored strategy:- advising on asset management, restructuring, financial analysis and operational finance matters.
